About Us
Female Film Leaders was set up as a practical response to the gender imbalance which pervades the film industry.

It is a non-for-profit forum which aims to equip up-and-coming female film industry executives with the inspiration and advice they need to compete successfully at the highest echelons of the film industry. We do this by regularly inviting some of the most senior people currently working in film to come and talk openly about their careers and the lessons that they have learnt to an intimate audience of junior industry executives.
We are privileged to have the support of sponsors Sharp House, Bankside Films, Head Gear Films and Lee and Thompson.
